Rocky’s LeeAnn has known Lisa for years, having met her when Lisa was coastal resource planner with the Tillamook County Department of Community Development and LeeAnn was working as a freelance journalist for the Daily Astorian, Capital Press, North Coast Citizen and other regional publications.
LeeAnn worked with Lisa again when Lisa was mayor of the City of Rockaway Beach and LeeAnn was managing editor of the Tillamook Headlight Herald, covering city news.
Kelly met Lisa when she was manager of the US Bank Manzanita branch and the bank contributed money to Tillamook County United Way, of which Lisa was and still is president.
